Wanda’s Journey
Real transformations are built on commitment, patience, and consistency. Weight loss and body shaping are not overnight results. They are journeys of discipline, mindset change, and continuous progress.
The stories of two incredible clients, Fifi and Pauline, show how dedication and the right training approach can completely reshape both body and confidence.
Progress takes time and results take commitment. But with consistency, transformation becomes reality.
When Wanda Anita first walked into the gym, she had one clear goal in mind — her wedding day. After giving birth, she was carrying her post-pregnancy weight and wanted to feel confident, strong, and radiant as she stepped into her wedding dress.
Like many new moms, she faced the emotional and physical challenge of reconnecting with her body. She didn’t just want to look good — she wanted to feel proud, energized, and comfortable in her own skin on one of the most important days of her life.
Wanda started her training with determination and a strong reason: fit into her dream wedding dress. The early days weren’t easy. Balancing motherhood, responsibilities, and workouts required commitment, discipline, and consistency. But Wanda showed up — again and again.
Her program focused on fat loss workouts, strength training, cardio and endurance sessions, core and full-body conditioning, nutrition guidance and lifestyle changes.
Week by week, the changes began to show. The weight started dropping, strength increased, and her confidence grew stronger than ever.
As the wedding approached, Wanda had transformed beautifully. She didn’t just fit into her wedding dress — she owned it.
She walked down the aisle feeling confident, glowing, and proud of the hard work she had put in. That moment was proof that discipline, patience, and consistency truly pay off.
For many people, reaching a big goal marks the end of the journey. For Wanda, it marked the beginning of a new lifestyle.
After seeing the results she achieved — physically and mentally — she realized fitness was no longer just about the wedding. It had become a part of who she was.
She continued training. She continued improving. She continued growing stronger.
What started as a short-term goal became a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.
Today, Wanda Anita trains not for an event, but for life. Her journey is a reminder that fitness is not a temporary project — it’s a lifestyle.
Her transformation proves that motivation may start the journey, discipline keeps it going, and results create lifelong inspiration.
Wanda came for a wedding goal… She stayed for a lifetime transformation. And this is only the beginning of her fitness journey. ✨
Sandra’s Journey
Covid-19 left many dead and many alive, including Bagaya Sandra Kimera. Sandra began training with Coach Sabastian in 2022 after being advised she would need surgery. After recovering from COVID she had gained weight; evening runs while starting a new role as a lead consultant in Naguru were inconsistent, so she joined Satellite Gym Kisaasi and was introduced to Coach Sabastian.
Her first sessions were tough — she even told the coach she was fasting — but she returned. Encouraged by other ladies, Sandra took up boxing and fell for the sport's competitive spirit. Typical sessions mixed hill runs, boxing as cardio, compound lifts, abs work and stretching; CrossFit Fridays and the Tuesday Sanity strength class helped the group grow into a close community.
Through Sabastian Fitness Sandra reached the surgeon's required weight before her operation, gained confidence, reduced health risks, and discovered business and saving opportunities via the Sabastian Fitness Investment Club. The community also organises Ramadan charities and social activities; despite occasional setbacks, Sandra says she wouldn't trade being part of this family — come join us and create impact.
Evelyne’s Journey
Every fitness journey begins with a decision, and for Evelyne, that decision changed her life. When Evelyne started her fitness journey, she weighed 104 kilograms. Like many people beginning their transformation, she faced challenges with confidence, energy levels, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but she was determined to make a change.
Through consistency, discipline, and dedication, Evelyne embraced two of our most effective programs: the Sanity Session (HIIT class) and the Hunger Gains. The Sanity Session pushed her limits through high-intensity interval training—combining cardio, strength, and endurance—to burn calories, build fitness, and strengthen mental toughness.
The Hunger Gains complemented her progress with aerobic conditioning and upper-body toning exercises, creating a balanced and engaging routine. Week after week, month after month, Evelyne showed up and put in the work; the scale moved and her strength and confidence grew.
Her commitment paid off: Evelyne reduced her weight from 104kg to 81kg, losing an impressive 23 kilograms. Her story is one of resilience, self-belief, and consistency—proof that with the right support system, remarkable results are possible.
Today Evelyne inspires the Sabastian Fitness community, reminding everyone that fitness is not about perfection but about showing up and trusting the process.
Fifi & Pauline Journeys
Fifi began with a clear goal: lose weight and feel comfortable in her body again. Her plan combined cardio sessions for fat burning, strength training for toning, core workouts for waist shaping, and consistent lifestyle habits. Over time she lost body fat, improved endurance, and gained visible definition in her arms, waist, and legs. Most importantly, she gained confidence and energy. In her words: "I feel lighter, stronger, and proud of my progress."
Pauline focused on body shaping and toning while losing excess weight. Her journey included strength training for lean muscle tone, HIIT workouts for fat loss, core training for a tighter waistline, and consistent weekly routines. She achieved noticeable fat loss, a more sculpted body, improved stamina, better posture, and higher confidence. In her words: "I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever."
These transformations highlight an important truth: weight loss is only part of the journey. When fat loss is combined with strength training, the result is a toned, strong, and confident physique.
Transformation does not come from one perfect workout. It comes from choosing the process repeatedly even when progress feels slow.
When training is structured and consistent, fat loss and body shaping work together to build strength, confidence, and long-term results.
“Discipline repeated weekly becomes transformation visible yearly.”
